As you aware we have been working with our preferred new managing agent (HAUS) since 2021 on removing First Port from our Bexley Park Development. We are now in a position, following last week’s meeting on the transfer, to give a more detailed update and some positive news!
1. HAUS on our behalf (BPRA) currently have a submission in to the First-tier tribunal (The Court) to transfer which First Port have said they will not dispute, after not agreeing to the change of managing Agent for the last two years.
2. If all goes well this should be completed and the necessary Court judgment be served on First Port Ltd by the end of March, then First Port have 90 Days to send over all the relevant information on Bexley Park to HAUS.
Hopefully HAUS on behalf of BPRA will then be able to write to all residents on the transfer in June, giving further information regarding changing Direct Debits and other information.
