The residents of certain addresses of Bexley Park estate should have received the letter from First Port with question what do they want to do with seating area at the entrance to the park at the junction of Pinewood Place and Sandringham Drive.

If you didn’t receive the letter in the post we would advise you to reply directly to Pauline Marsh Pauline.Marsh@firstport.co.uk who is our estate manager from First Port and state your preferred option on what do you want to be done to seating area!
The common agreement is that we want to choose option number 3 i.e. complete removal of seating area, pillars and semi-circle brickwork!
