Process for determining Haus as chosen agent & financial details of development

Dear all,

Following the recent BPRA meeting, please find attached further explanation as to how alternative managing agents were considered before appointing Haus.

There were some questions raised at the meeting regarding the financials of the development which have been answered within the document alongside the 2021 accounts being provided.
