Service Charge Year End Adjustment 1 Apr 22 to 31 Mar 23 1 Dec 23.
This is on top of the Service Charge 1 Oct 23 to 31 Mar 24. Recently First Port served a S20B on Edenwood Residents.
Please see our advise below.
1. We advise everyone to pay their standard service charges due, this is the normal six monthly invoice usually between £180 and £240 depending where you live.
2. It is a personal choice if you choose not to pay the adjustment charge at this time, but we are as a committee seeking clarification on the validity and accuracy of those costs as it pertains to the estate.
