For those who were unable to attend the AGM on the 18th Sept, please see
an important update from HAUS that was shared with attendees, informing
us that the transfer is now progressing!
“Dear #BPRA
The Freeholder and the Managing Agent First Port have agreed to transfer
the management of the site to us BPRA/HAUS, and FirstPort have confirmed
that they will not contest it.
We will proceed with an Appointment of a Manager application. The
First-Tier tribunal will be informed that there will be no opposition to
the application.
The First-tier tribunal is expected to give directions at the end of
September/October and make their determination in October 2023.
The new resident lead company/managing agent-manager can then take over
towards the end of the year 2023.

We will send an update to all BRRA residents when we have more
information.
We also saw the current committee officers re-elected along with the
election of a new treasurer, a communications officer and 3 new
committee members, so a stronger group of residents representing Bexley
Park Homeowners.
