Dear residents
Since we served notice to First Port in August of our right to Manage our development. As predicted First Port are not responding to our notice served by our solicitors Charlotte Collins Head of Litigation at Jobsons Solicitors Ltd. This is not uncommon where First Port are concerned I’m afraid, we will update you again when we have further information. Please see attached letter from Charlotte Collins I’ve copied in full as the committee want to be transparent with our members going forward.
