Following the ballot and confirmation from the solicitors acting on behalf of BRRA/Bexley Park Residents Limited, we are pleased to share that the final ballot was as follows:
Votes cast:
Edenwood:- Out of 185 properties 103 in favour, 4 Against (55% in favour)
Copse and Firs:- Out of 154 properties 91 in Favour, 2 Against (59% in favour)
We would like to thank all residents who participated in the voting process.
Our solicitors will now serve notice on First Port to be replaced by HAUS as our preferred Management Agent.
You will also receive a letter in the coming weeks to confirm the above.
As we have met the required 50% of Homeowner wishing to move managing agents, the next steps in the process will commence but please note that this may take some time to progress.
Please until instructed otherwise, continue to pay your service charges to First Port.
