Slightly changed post from NextDoor group from our deputy chair/membership officer Erika Bata with explanation how Bexley Park Estate is organised.
Many of us were not aware of the split between the Bexley Park development, so I have attached a sitemap that shows how we are divided to Phase 1 (Ryden’s homes, blue on map), Phase 2 (Edenwood, green on map) and Phase 3 (Copse and Firs, Barratt Homes, red on map) for Estate Management purposes. Edenwood and Copse are both under First Post but they deal with us as two entirely separate accounts, with different sets of accounts, fee structure, however the same site manager, Pauline Marsh.
